Farmhouse White Sandwich Loaf (ea)
Soft, fluffy, and brushed with real butter the second it leaves the oven. Tender crust, pillowy inside, and that warm bakery smell that takes over the whole kitchen. Baked by hand right here in Tay Creek, in small batches, the morning of your pickup. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just simple ingredients and a recipe we tested loaf after loaf until it was right. Great for sandwiches that actually hold together, toast that crisps up golden, or a thick warm slice with butter and jam. Order ahead and we'll have yours fresh and ready.
Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
A big, bakery-size cookie with crisp golden edges and a soft, chewy middle. We brown the butter first for a deep, nutty, almost caramel flavour, then load every cookie with melty dark and semisweet chocolate that pools into gooey puddles. A whisper of espresso makes the chocolate taste even richer (you won't taste coffee, just more chocolate). An extra egg yolk keeps the center soft and chewy, the way a great cookie should be. Baked by hand in small batches right here in Tay Creek. Best warm, when the chocolate is still molten. Try not to eat two.

Made from strawberries picked fresh, close to home. We cook them down the same afternoon, so what you taste is real summer in a jar, nothing borrowed from a factory. Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam Cookies
Peanut butter and jam, the sandwich that packed our lunch bags long before we could pack our own. Cut corner to corner, wrapped in wax paper, gone before the bell rang. We baked that same love into a soft peanut butter cookie, with a thumbprint of our homemade strawberry jam pressed right into the centre. It bakes down soft and sticky-sweet, best enjoyed warm. Some things you just don't outgrow.
